Ok so I looked it up and the x-files cartoons/caricatures are actually from a Korean site - they are really funny and cool if you know the episodes they're from.

Yes, I've seen those drawings before and I love them!!! I didn't guess the pilot episode, thought the plaid suit now gives it away, but I know the pencils in the ceiling one was the one when Scully went on vacation in Maine and there was the killer doll, and I think it was written by Stephen King. That's one of my fave episodes ever.
